By accessing or using HoanTien.pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

HoanTien.pro is a cashback platform that enables users to earn back a portion of their spending when shopping through affiliate links on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.).

The Service is completely free for users. We earn commissions from e-commerce platforms and share a portion with you.

To use full features, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

• •You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• •Each person may only create one account. Duplicate accounts may be disabled.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• •Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account.

Cashback is credited after an order is completed and not cancelled or returned.

• •Cashback crediting time: 7–30 days depending on the e-commerce platform.
• •Cashback rates may vary based on each platform's promotional programs.
• •Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders will not receive cashback.
• •Minimum balance for withdrawal is 50,000 VND.
• •We are not responsible if the e-commerce platform does not confirm commissions.

Users can earn additional income by referring friends to join the service.

• •Referral rewards only apply when the referred person registers and completes their first order.
• •Self-referrals or creating fake accounts to earn rewards are strictly prohibited.
• •We reserve the right to revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

• •Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate fake orders.
• •Intentionally defrauding the cashback system in any form.
• •Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to others.
• •Posting illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• •Interfering with the technical systems of the Service.

All content, logos, trademarks, and technology of HoanTien.pro belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

HoanTien.pro provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee continuity or error-free operation. We are not liable for:

• •Indirect losses, lost profits, or data damage.
• •Technical errors from third parties (e-commerce platforms, banks, etc.).
• •Changes to commission policies by e-commerce platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms without prior notice. Valid cashback balances will be paid within 30 days after termination, except in cases of fraud.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam.
